Content: These are NOT left handed scissors and should not be advertised as such! As soon as I got them I saw they say “universal†I missed the Amazon return date, but I have two packs of these misrepresented, unopened scissors I do not want and want my money back.

Subject: My scissors are dull and don’t cut like they used to
Content: Hi there, this is the Amazon order number of the scissors that I got 111-5549856-8244224. I’ve only had them for about four months which is long enough to not be able to do a return or replacement but not as long as I’ve assumed or I’ve had any previous fabric shear last me. So if possible, I would like to have this one replaced because I was hoping that it would last me at least a few years and I’ve only used it with fabric and I tried all the troubleshooting methods like cleaning the blades lubricating tightening or loosening the screw and nothing made it cut any better.

Content: just started using them & I noticed how dull the are. Can I sharpen them or do I need to take them somewhere? Extremely disappointed! My Fiskars I had for years. Never had to sharpen them.
